Visa to Russia

Before visiting Russia, we recommend you to apply to the Consulate of Russian Federation in your country and in case you need entry visa, you should submit following documents:

• National passport to be valid for 6 months after the date of your returning from Russia
• Recent passport-sized photos (45mm x 35mm), 3 pcs.
• Completed Visa Application Form
• The invitation letter from LENEXPO or your travel agent (original or fax copy depending on the Consulate requirements)
• Application Fee (may vary in different countries and depends on the urgency of visa granting)

Depending on the type of visa you request, you may need to obtain different kinds of invitation letters.

1. Tourist visa

To obtain single-entry tourist visa, you should submit foreign tourist's acceptance confirmation and hotel booking confirmation /voucher/.

It is important the same travel company issues both mentioned documents; otherwise, they are void. To obtain foreign tourists acceptance confirmation, please, fill in the FORM 1 and send it to our address by fax or e-mail.

To obtain hotel booking confirmation /voucher/, please, choose the hotel from attached Price list, fill in the FORM 2 (order for hotel accommodation) and send it to us by fax or e-mail. We provide our guests who requested hotel accommodation through our company with free visa support in 3 days. While filling in the Application Form in the Russian Consulate, you should write Tourism in the block "Travel purpose".

2. Business visa

2.1 Citizens of EC-countries (except Great Britain, Ireland and Denmark) should submit official Invitation Letter from the exhibition organizer to the Consulate of Russian Federation. To obtain it, you will need to send us completed FORM 1. Invitation Letter will be sent to you free of charge in 3 days.

2.2 Citizens of the other countries should submit the Invitation Letter issued by the Federal Immigration Service of Russian Federation. To obtain it, in 40 days prior the arrival date, you should send us completed FORM 1 and a copy of the page of your national passport with personal information. Invitation Fee is 45 Euro, time of execution is no less than 1 month.

If Russian Consulate requires the original invitation letter, we may send it to you via Express Mail on your account. If you need a hotel reservation, you may choose any from attached Price list, fill in the FORM 2 (order for hotel accommodation) and send it to our address by fax or e-mail.
